Describing my study room - IELTS speaking .

 

Hello, dear audience, 

Today I will focus on the IELTS speaking about the topic "Describing my study room.

My study room is a modest, well-organized space, measuring about 120 square feet. It’s not huge, but the high ceilings and slate-blue walls make it feel incredibly airy and calm.

​ I essentially 'occupy' this space 24 hours a day. It serves as my primary hub for processing information and staying focused without any outside distractions.

​The room is quite minimalist. It features a large oak desk that is always clutter-free, providing plenty of room to work. Behind the desk are floor-to-ceiling bookshelves packed with resources on history, science, and art. For comfort, there is a high-backed ergonomic chair and a smart lamp that adjusts its light based on the time of day.

​What I love most are the small details. I keep a few green plants, like a Snake Plant, in the corners to bring some life to the room. It is designed entirely for clarity and productivity.
