A very special piece of clothing that someone bought for me is a sky-blue Punjabi dress. My mother gifted it to me on my last birthday. The dress has lovely silver embroidery on the front and sleeves, and it came with a matching dupatta. It looks both traditional and stylish, so I can wear it on different occasions.
My mother bought it because she knows I really enjoy wearing traditional outfits, especially during celebrations. She wanted to make my birthday memorable, so she chose this dress as a surprise gift.
When I received it, I felt extremely happy and emotional. It wasn’t just about the dress, but the love and care behind the gift. Even now, whenever I wear it, I remember that special day and feel grateful to my mother for thinking about what I like.
